Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift
Schedule
07:00 PM - 07:30 AM, every third weekend, and every other holiday.
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, adhering to best practices and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. This position requires effective communication and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal healthcare outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and provide appropriate interventions.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members for comprehensive care.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN License.
- Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing.
- Fit Test and 2 Step PPD or IGRA.
- COVID-19 Vaccination and other immunizations such as MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap as required.
- Background checks, education verification, and conflict of interest disclosures will be performed.
