Supporting the General Manager in daily operations, the part-time Assistant Manager will oversee studio functions, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional member experiences while fostering a positive studio culture in Rocklin, CA. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day studio operations and serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled Support recruitment, training, and performance management of the Studio Lead team Drive sales and business development to achieve monthly membership and revenue goals Required Qualifications Previous leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or customer-focused environments Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service Excellent organizational and time management skills Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
