Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. Coordinate schedules and manage workflow to optimize productivity. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and updates. Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a timely manner. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all staff. Assist in training new employees and onboarding processes. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in management or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in a supervisory role or similar position. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written. Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
