Clinical Nurse Manager

Location: Rocky Mount, NC

Job Type: Full-time | Days

Job Summary:

• Create an inspiring, positive team environment by exhibiting exemplary leadership skills at all times. Provide guidance, instruction, and training to team members to ensure they are performing at their maximum potential

• Oversee daily clinical operations and be accountable for actions and tasks completed by clinical support staff

• Monitor staff's performance and adherence to office policies and protocols. Ensure disciplinary action is followed according to policy

• Hire and train new employees. Ensure clinical competencies are completed per skill set.

Education and Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• Minimum of 5 years as a Registered Nurse.

• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management position.

• Experience in a primary care or outpatient clinic setting.
