Freeman Health System is seeking two Pulmonary/Critical Care Physicians to join our inpatient critical care program at Springdale Medical Center , a Level III Trauma Center located in one of the fastest-growing regions in the country. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians who enjoy managing ICU patients while maintaining a highly desirable 7-on/7-off schedule .

Position Highlights

• Inpatient Critical Care position
• 7 days on / 7 days off
• 10-hour onsite shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Preference for Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship-trained physicians
• 19-bed ICU
• 10 Medical ICU beds
• 9 Surgical ICU beds
• Currently an open ICU model
• Telemedicine coverage and call support after hours
• Work alongside a strong multidisciplinary team with specialty support from:
• Nephrology
• Gastroenterology
• General Surgery
• Interventional Cardiology
• Cardiovascular Surgery
• Infectious Disease
• Tele-Neurology
