Management Analyst

MDW is currently seeking a Management Analyst to support the Office of the Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Privacy, Civil Liberties, and Transparency (OATSD(PCLT)) in Alexandria, VA. The management analyst will provide full-time support services to the OATSD(PCLT)'s Intelligence Oversight Directorate (IOD). The successful candidate must demonstrate a familiarity with, and ability to be effective in, the DoW working environment. The Management Analyst may perform a combination of some or all of the following duties: Reviewing NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS shared files and reorganize them to DA&M standards, delete old records per the file plan disposition instructions. Manage SharePoint sites and assist in the migration of files from the traditional share drive structure to library-based management with SharePoint Assist with developing Intelligence Oversight (IO) Professionalization Framework Review, edit for clarity, language, and grammar IO reports Assist with rewriting DOW directives related to IO Research laws, Executive Orders, Intelligence Community policies, and DoW polices Required Experience/Skills At least three (3) years' work experience with Intelligence Oversight. Experience working within the DoW. Education Requirement Bachelor's degree or higher. Clearance Requirement(s) Candidates for this position must have Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
