Job Description: This 13-week contract offers a rewarding opportunity to work as an RN in an outpatient surgical unit in Georgetown, Texas. The role involves supporting patients through pre-op and post-op procedures, including endoscopy, general surgeries, orthopedics, urology, spine, and more. You will be part of a team that handles approximately 18 beds with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, working 10-hour days on a schedule that emphasizes quality patient support and collaboration. Call shifts are required, and ACLS certification is mandatory, adding a bit of adventure to the routine.
