We offer Full-time Position Excellent Income + Monthly Performance Bonus Medical Insurance Paid time off (PTO) – Vacation, Holidays & Sick Time 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match Work/Life Balance – We’re closed on all major holidays because spending time with family and friends is important Long-term job security and career advancement GM Employee pricing discount on new purchases and leases A positive and professional team environment Responsibilities Inspect damaged vehicles to assess the extent of damage and needed repairs Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates using industry-standard software (CCC) Communicate with customers to explain the repair process, costs, and timeline Coordinate with insurance adjusters to negotiate and confirm estimates Work closely with the Collision Center team to ensure a smooth workflow and timely repairs Maintain thorough documentation of all estimates, supplements, and customer interactions Stay up-to-date with industry trends, repair techniques, and insurance guidelines Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience Qualifications Estimator experience in related industries such as RV or powersports are welcome to apply Strong understanding of repair procedures and estimating systems Experience working with insurance companies and claims processes Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple repairs in a fast-paced environment We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
