Join Our Plastic Surgery Team

Our organization is actively looking for board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeons to expand our team in Southern California, driven by remarkable growth in the area.

The ideal candidate will hold ABPS board certification or be board-eligible, having successfully completed residency training in an accredited plastic surgery program. We offer positions for surgeons with interests in various adult subspecialties, including:

• Microsurgery for breast and limb reconstruction
• Aesthetic and body contouring procedures
• Complex wound care

Additional fellowship training in breast microsurgery or general microsurgery is preferred. We seek individuals with strong clinical abilities, a passion for research and innovation, and a commitment to teaching. As a full-time faculty member, the surgeon will play a vital role in educating our integrated plastic surgery residents and medical students while engaging in the full range of our specialty.

Our plastic surgery residency program has been a pioneer since its establishment in 1995, being one of the first five integrated residency programs approved and has maintained continuous accreditation since its inception.

Located in Loma Linda, recognized as the only Blue Zone in the United States, this family-oriented community is celebrated for its strong commitment to health and wellness. The starting base compensation range is $350,000 to $450,000, adjusted based on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to departmental compensation plans.
