Job Overview: Assignment Type: Locum Tenens Duration: As soon as credentialed - ongoing, 13-week assignments Shifts: Weekdays: 7 a.m. - 3 p.m., 7 a.m. - 7 p.m., 7 a.m. - 11 p.m. Weekends: Coverage required Part-time Locums: Willing to accept part-time locums to meet 4 FTE worth of CRNAs Coverage Area: Procedural Care Units Case Load: Average 4-5 cases a day during a 12-hour shift Primarily Ortho and Neuro Cases Specialized Cases: Neuro Cases: OR team includes surgeon, Surgical Assistant, Scrub Tech, and OR RN circulator Ortho Cases: Utilize 2 Surgical assistants, depending on the case type One provider preferably with outpatient endoscopy experience with MAC EMR Platform: Cerner Supervision: 100% supervised Trauma Level: II Facility Details: 10 ORs Patient age demographic: Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric No hearts, pediatrics, major vascular, or OB cases Credentialing Timeframe: 4-6 weeks New Grads: Will accept new grads This locum tenens role near CHICAGO, IL, presents a diverse caseload and the opportunity to contribute to a hospital's procedural care units.
