Overview The City of Keene seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Housing Inspector to help ensure safe, healthy, and well-maintained housing conditions for all residents. This full-time role supports neighborhood improvement and resident protection. Responsibilities Inspect housing conditions to ensure compliance with health and safety codes. Identify violations and work with property owners to achieve timely corrections. Educate property owners, tenants, and stakeholders about housing standards and best practices. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and build positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. At least 2 years of experience in property management, building inspection, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to educate others and build positive relationships. Valid driver\'s license.
