Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 36 Hours per Week | Every Other Weekend | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a critical care setting, including MICU, SICU, and CCU environments
• Manage ventilated patients, post-surgical patients, cardiac post-cath patients, and neuro/stroke patients post-TNK
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:2–3 in critical care; ratios may vary if floated to other units based on patient acuity
• Float within skillset to other ICU areas based on staffing and unit needs
• Collaborate with PCTs and CNAs to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Complete required orientation modules and maintain compliance with all facility training requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license or valid Compact license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 1.5 years of acute care experience relevant to ICU/critical care
• BLS certification required at time of submission
• ACLS certification required at time of submission
• NIH/Stroke CEUs required at time of submission
• Candidates must be available to work 2 of 3 designated holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ventilator management and post-surgical critical care patients
• Familiarity with cardiac and neuro/stroke patient populations
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
