Xray Technologist

Job Summary This opportunity is for an X‑Ray Technologist located in Portland, Oregon. The position involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures in a busy healthcare environment. Candidates are required to bring their Oregon state license on the first day of assignment. Job Details Schedule: Dayshift, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week. The shift is from 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM. Required Qualifications: Valid Oregon state license; ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; Fluoro Permit; 1 year of experience performing abdominal decubitus, supine (KUB), upright abdomen, C‑Arm procedures, bedside/portable procedures, contrast media administration, and other diagnostic imaging procedures; prior Epic (EMR system) experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with community hospital settings, NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit), operating room procedures, and additional certifications are preferred. Float: Float rotation may be required within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals. Additional Information: Candidates must have a vehicle for this assignment. Flu vaccination status must be disclosed. Candidates should be flexible to work during Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
