Grinder

Description Responsibilities Grind, polish, sand and sharpen welded parts to ensure conformance to established customer needs and prints Maintain work area and production equipment in clean and orderly condition. Follow all safety work rules. Handle assorted raw materials, steel parts, and steel scrap. Performs precision smoothing, sharpening, polishing, or grinding on a variety of welded assemblies Responsible for the movement of necessary inventory and parts to and from the pipe department. Assist Welders; Participate in and support continuous process improvements. Other duties may be assigned that pertain to the classification.
