Job Details
TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver in Byron Center, Michigan, earning $30 per hour. This local position offers home daily routes with multiple stops across Michigan and no loading or unloading of product. As a TransForce driving opportunity, this role offers consistent support while you work directly with our client.
This role requires the ability to operate a manual transmission.
Pay & Schedule
- $30 per hour
- Estimated $1400 per week
- Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Occasional Saturdays
- 9 hours per day
- Overtime after 40 hours
- Home daily in Byron Center, Michigan
What You'll Be Doing
- Haul empty portable shipping containers to and from residential and commercial locations.
- Make multiple stops per day across Michigan, with stop volume varying by route.
- Operate a Kenworth day cab with a manual transmission.
- Complete daily driver paper logs.
What You Need
- Valid CDL A
- 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience.
- Manual transmission experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
