What You'll Do Deliver trailers and containers to customer locations safely and on scheduleOperate manual transmission vehiclesFollow approved navigation tools, including GPS and maps, to reach destinations safely and efficientlyKeep the yard clean, organized, and running efficientlyPerform minor trailer repairs and routine maintenanceInspect equipment and flag issues before they become bigger problemsComply with ICC and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulationsTrack and document hours worked in accordance with legal requirementsAccurately record equipment movement, including date, time, location, and other relevant detailsSupport day-to-day yard operations and coordinate with Operations Manager What You Need Valid Class A CDL with at least 2 years of driving experienceManual transmission experience requiredClean driving recordWorking knowledge of DOT/ICC compliance requirementsAbility to lift, move, and work outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills Nice to Have Mechanically inclined comfortable with basic trailer/equipment repairRollback experienceExperience working in a yard, fleet, or logistics environment What WOW offers you: Opportunity for overtime Insurance plans (eligibility after 30 days of employment): o Health o Dental o Vision (Company paid) o Life and Short-Term Disability Insurance o Health Savings Account with generous employer contributions Team Member Referral Program 401k with company match (60-day contribution eligibility) Boot Allowance Tool Allowance Uniforms Provided WEEKLY PAY 10 Paid Holidays PTO Plan Bonus potential (Monthly and Quarterly) If you are ready to be a part of our winning team, submit your resume!
