Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting throughout all phases of the birthing process
• Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods
• Float to Mother Baby unit to care for newborns when Labor and Delivery census is low
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience
• Active Driver's License required for submission
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Mother Baby or postpartum care settings
• Ability to adapt quickly to varying census levels and float assignments
