Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Site Support Specialist to provide front desk coverage, greet families, manage check-ins, and support therapy and preschool operations. You will handle calls, direct inquiries, and coordinate with leadership to ensure smooth daily service delivery. You will also process enrollment, billing, and paperwork between sites and central administration, maintain scheduling software, and help with onboarding and supplies.
