LOGISTEED‑America, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Jackson, GA location. We’re seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented professional with outbound shipping experienc e who thrives in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

???? Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with external and internal customers to ensure timely scheduled deliveries
• Process outbound shipments (BOLs, carrier paperwork, shipping labels)
• Enter, track & update orders in the Warehouse Management System ( WMS )
• Provide timely, professional customer service regarding order status & documentation
• Maintain accurate data entry & organize shipping documents
• Collaborate with warehouse staff on daily inbound/outbound flow
• Research & resolve customer questions from start to finish
• Keep work areas safe, clean & organized
• Assist with administrative tasks, reporting & updates

⭐ What You Need to Succeed

✔️ Strong outbound shipping knowledge (BOL creation & shipping labels)

✔️ Intermediate ability to use Microsoft Suite, Outlook and Excel programs

✔️ Ability to stay focused in a busy, distraction-heavy warehouse

✔️ WMS experience (preferred)

✔️ Excellent communication skills

✔️ Reliable, detail-oriented & able to multitask

✔️ Strong data entry accuracy

✔️ Prior warehouse/logistics experience encouraged

✔️ Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

✔️ Must pass background check & drug screen

✔️ Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Eighty-five percent of work time may be spent in various warehouse or other locations where the environment is not climate controlled (hot and cold seasonally).
