Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of acute medical Care Manager experience performing care coordination.
• Travel nursing experience is required.
• First-time travelers not accepted – HARDSTOP .
• Active California RN license required .
• Pending CA license may be accepted, but the license must be active by the start date .
• Strong communication, care coordination, and case management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
