Chatham Collision Repair is looking for an experienced auto body paint technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an aggressive, hard working, quality minded Collision Paint Technician who is looking to make good money and be respected at work. Competitive compensation based on flat rate pay scale (commission).

Position Responsibilities:

• Prep and paint vehicles after body repairs are completed
• Paint collision damaged vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
• Work as a team with the production team and office staff to meet repair deadlines

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years of experience as a automobile painter
• Ability to properly complete auto body prepping and painting of vehicles which includes sanding. blocking and priming panels. Expert color matching and use of top of the line paint products
• Above average quality focus
• High production capabilities

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Auto Body Painter: 3 years (Required)
• Auto Body Paint/Prepping: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
