Night Shift 7P-7A Pay Range $38.20 - $57.30 Location The Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) is a 29‑bed unit focused on patients with respiratory distress, pneumonia, sepsis, multi‑system organ failure, renal/hepatic failure, overdose, respiratory and cardiac arrest. The team utilizes ventilator support, ECMO, and Extend Time Renal Replacement (XTRRT). There is a 1:2 ratio and the MICU has an AACN Beacon Gold Designation. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program At least 6 months of RN experience (not for new graduates) Registered Nurse license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire 1 year of inpatient RN experience preferred Responsibilities Play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skillful communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
