What You'll Be Doing: Develop and lead strategic PR campaigns to elevate the organization's reputation and visibility. Build and sustain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers. Collaborate with external agencies to produce press releases, media kits, and other communications materials. Create and implement organic social media strategies to enhance audience engagement and brand recognition Analyze social media trends and metrics to continuously refine strategies and optimize results. Leverage organic social media presence to generate qualified leads and business opportunities. Plan and execute impactful events that promote organizational goals and engage key stakeholders. Manage logistics, vendor partnerships, and promotional activities to ensure seamless event execution. Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure smooth information flow across the organization. Create engaging content for internal newsletters and other communications to strengthen company culture. Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and feedback programs, to drive satisfaction and morale. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field 10 + years of experience in public relations, marketing, internal communications, or a related discipline, with proven leadership success. B2C marketing experience. Experience managing social media platforms and using analytics tools to assess performance.
