ABOUT VYXYNTRA

Vyxyntra is a Regulatory Infrastructure Technology (RIT) company building enterprise Operating Systems for highly regulated industries. Our first flagship ecosystem includes Comply-X Healthcare OS and Legacy Linx, a family transparency and communication platform designed to reshape trust, visibility, and operational accountability across long-term care. Development has not started yet and will begin following successful completion of our pre-seed fundraising round. This is not a traditional startup hire. This is a foundational leadership opportunity. We are actively assembling our Founding Team and seeking leaders willing to help shape strategy, deployment philosophy, fundraising initiatives, and long-term ecosystem development from the ground floor.

ABOUT LEGACY LINX

Legacy Linx is not simply a communication platform. Legacy Linx is intended to become a structured family transparency ecosystem designed to strengthen trust, improve visibility, create stronger family relationships, and provide meaningful communication throughout the care journey. The goal is simple: Families should never feel disconnected from care. Legacy Linx exists because families deserve more than silence, uncertainty, and fragmented communication. Trust should not be accidental. Trust should be operationalized.

THE ROLE

Vyxyntra is seeking a Founding Chief Family Experience Architect to help define and build the emotional and operational experience layer inside the Vyxyntra ecosystem. This executive-level role will architect how transparency, trust, communication, engagement, and family confidence become operationalized throughout the care journey. This role extends beyond communication. This individual will help build systems that influence how families feel, how facilities communicate, and how trust becomes embedded into healthcare workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and establish enterprise family experience standards across the Vyxyntra ecosystem Build communication and transparency frameworks that improve trust between families and facilities Create onboarding experiences for families and care environments Help establish escalation pathways and emotional support workflows during sensitive care situations Collaborate on communication structures tied to patient condition levels and care status changes Help create systems that anticipate concerns before frustration escalates Participate in family open houses and pilot implementation planning Work with product and implementation teams to ensure family experience remains integrated into platform design decisions Participate in strategic discussions, investor meetings, and fundraising conversations when appropriate Help define long-term Legacy Linx ecosystem philosophy and family trust architecture

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree required Master’s degree strongly preferred Preferred areas of study: Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Nursing, Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Behavioral Health, Communications, Organizational Leadership, Hospitality Management, Patient Experience, Related healthcare or leadership disciplines

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Minimum 10+ years of professional experience Minimum 5+ years in leadership, director-level, or senior management positions Direct experience within one or more of the following: Long-term care, Skilled nursing facilities, Healthcare administration, Patient advocacy, Family engagement systems, Healthcare operations, Clinical operations, Behavioral health, Patient experience initiatives, Enterprise service delivery environments Experience building systems, frameworks, standards, or engagement initiatives at scale Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and executive discussions Experience navigating emotionally sensitive healthcare environments Startup, healthcare technology, implementation, or SaaS experience strongly preferred
