We’re hiring Commercial Tire Technicians to support fleet, route, and roadside service throughout Southwest Washington and Northwest Oregon. If you’ve worked around commercial tires, service trucks, automotive repair, heavy equipment, diesel, towing, construction, or mechanical trades — we want to talk to you. What You’ll Do Perform commercial tire repair, replacement, rotation, and inspections Service fleet vehicles onsite and roadside Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls Operate hydraulic jacks, torque tools, air tools, and balancing equipment Complete tire inspections, air checks, flat repairs, and wheel service Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service truck Deliver professional customer service in the field What We’re Looking For Commercial, fleet, farm, diesel, automotive, or tire experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently Reliable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented Comfortable working outdoors and in all weather conditions Ability to lift 90 lbs and perform physical work daily Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record TIA Certification preferred (training available) CDL is a major plus Schedule Five‑day work week Flexible scheduling options Monday – Saturday daytime routes After‑hours rotation opportunities Optional after‑hours fleet and roadside calls with enhanced OT pay and incentives Service Area Based in North Portland with service routes throughout Southwest Washington and Northwest Oregon, including Vancouver, Portland, Longview, Hillsboro, Beaverton, Salem, and surrounding areas. Team members regularly work around moving mechanical equipment, compressed air tools, changing outdoor weather conditions, elevated noise levels, vibration, fumes, and airborne particles.
