Overview Speech Language Pathologist / SLP Location: Fort Worth Branch, Fort Worth and surrounding areas Position Type: Full-Time Remote/Virtual Position: No Schedule: Full Time, M-F, 8-5 Salary: $102,000 - $126,000 per year* (per visit rates) Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services to patients in a home health setting. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high quality patient care. Qualifications Degree and internship from an approved master’s program in Speech-Language Pathology. Meet the education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology granted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Required Certifications and Licensures Certified to practice Speech-Language Pathology with a minimum of one (1) year’s clinical experience. Valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
