Job Overview Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pickup, make appropriate product substitutions, and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities Fill and dispense online orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare and package merchandise in accordance with company standards. Make appropriate product substitutions when items are unavailable. Consult with customers to resolve any order issues and ensure satisfaction. Compensation Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour . The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
