Job Summary

Infinity Nett Management LLC is hiring a working Commercial Custodial Shift Supervisor M-F 11am-3pm to lead daytime facility operations at a high-profile commercial account in Midtown Memphis (38104). This is a working-lead role responsible for managing on-site custodial staff, conducting daily quality control inspections, managing chemical and supply inventory, and ensuring all scope-of-work deliverables are met during the 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM shift.

Responsibilities 

• Operational Leadership: Direct and support custodial staff throughout the 4-hour shift to ensure all zones (restrooms, lobbies, common corridors, grounds) are completed efficiently.

• Quality Assurance Audits: Conduct systematic walkthroughs before shift-end to verify that all cleaning checklists, disinfection standards, and restocking protocols meet client expectations.

• Working Lead Execution: Actively assist with cleaning tasks, respond immediately to urgent spills or client requests, and step in to cover zones during unexpected staff call-outs.

• Supply & Chemical Management: Monitor dilution stations, maintain organized custodial closets, ensure OSHA/SDS compliance, and submit inventory replenishment requests before supplies run low.

• Client & Management Communication: Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for facility managers during the shift; log shift reports and report maintenance issues promptly to senior operations.

Qualifications

• • • Minimum 1 year of commercial cleaning experience OR 1+ years of demonstrated shift lead, supervisory, or keyholder experience in related hands-on environments (such as warehouse logistics, retail operations, hospitality, or restaurant management).

    • Willingness to master Infinity Nett Management's custodial standards and operational checklists during on-the-job onboarding.

    • Demonstrated ability to hold team members accountable, open/close facilities, and inspect completed work for high quality.
