Medical Case Manager

Position Overview Medical Case Managers assist individuals living with HIV to access and engage in medical care and treatment, behavioral health services, insurance, and other community services which support the individual’s wellbeing and reduce barriers to quality medical care. This regular, full-time, non-exempt, union role is based in the Georgetown neighborhood of Seattle, with onsite presence required 08:30AM - 5PM Monday - Friday for the duration of the introductory period. Following a successful 180 days of employment, the position may be hybrid-remote with the expectation to be on-site at least three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday). #J-18808-Ljbffr Lifelong
