Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Senior Recruiter Hiring for Top Law Firms Nationwide Personal Injury Attorney at top Regional Personal Injury Law Firm We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Injury Attorney to represent clients who have been injured due to accidents or negligence. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury law, including case evaluation, litigation, settlement negotiations, and client representation. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, managing case files, and advocating for clients in court. The attorney will work closely with clients to ensure their rights are protected and pursue fair compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other damages. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate personal injury cases Provide legal advice and counsel to clients Negotiate settlements with opposing parties Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs Represent clients in court hearings and trials Maintain case files and records Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Active state bar membership Proven experience in personal injury law AT LEAST 3+ years of previous personal injury practice. Strong research, writing, and communication skills Ability to handle high-volume caseloads and work under pressure In addition to base salary, this role offers competitive commission.
