Outside Grounds Cleaner / Custodian Technician Location: 5000 Ellin Rd, Lanham, MDShift: Monday – Friday, 12:30pm – 9:30pm Pay Rate: $23.80 per hourThe Kleane Kare Team, Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Outside Grounds Techancian to support the cleanliness and appearance of a federal facility in Lanham, MD.This position is primarily focused on outside duties, including maintaining exterior grounds, parking garages, entrances, loading docks, walkways, and surrounding property areas. Secondary custodial duties inside the facility may be assigned as operational needs require.Responsibilities Include:Trash removal and grounds cleaningSweeping, mopping, and window cleaningCleaning parking garages, stairwells, and loading dock areasMaintaining smoking areas and exterior entrancesOperating leaf blowers and cleaning equipmentAssisting with custodial duties and special projects as neededQualifications:Previous custodial or groundskeeping experience preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detailAbility to pass background screening and fingerprintingJoin a professional team dedicated to maintaining safe, clean, and high-quality facilities.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: The Kleane Kare Team, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
