Quick Facts Location: Kennewick, WA Start Date: 02/02/2026 End Date/Duration: Minimum of 3 months (ongoing) Shift: Clinic Mon-Thu 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Fri 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM; Call 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM (1:3 call ratio) Hours/week: Full-time (approximately 40 hours) Employment Type: Contract/Per Diem Licensure/Certifications: Active Washington State license or IMLC required Experience: Relevant OB/GYN and hospital call experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (Note: This appears to be placeholder; pay package discussed upon application) Benefits include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with state and federal laws Licensure, certification, travel and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team throughout your assignment What You’ll Do Provide OB/GYN clinical care in a busy hospital setting, including labor and delivery, postpartum care, and gynecological services Round on patients for approximately 30 minutes to one hour daily, supporting labor, delivery, and postpartum management Respond to on-call duties within a scheduled 1:3 ratio, supporting hospital admissions and urgent patient needs Document patient contact hours accurately, including callback hours, for billing and audit purposes Maintain compliance with all licensure, certification, and hospital policies Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Participate in clinical documentation and ensure timely, accurate record-keeping What You Need Valid Washington State medical license or current IMLC license Minimum of 2 years of OB/GYN practice experience Strong clinical skills in labor, delivery, postpartum, and gynecological care Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during on-call hours Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to meet documentation and compliance standards for call hours and patient contact About the Assignment Join a reputable facility in Kennewick providing comprehensive OB/GYN services.
