You and the clinical staff will design and implement individualized care in a setting where each patient is treated with respect and compassion. You will have opportunities to influence decisions regarding care. You listen and advocate for patients and the community.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high accountability environmentProficient in EHR systemsAbility to prioritize resources where they will be most usefulComfortable receiving and providing appreciative and corrective feedbackEngaged in learning and continuous quality improvementOutstanding written and verbal communications skills with a culturally diverse patient and staff populationProficient in working with in-person or telephonic interpretersWhat We Offer:Compensation: $110,000 - $115,000 annual salary (based on a full-time, 40 hour work week)Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position related components.Tuition Reimbursement Potential: Our FQHC status provides a unique opportunity for tuition reimbursement for Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, up to $50,000 for a full time commitment and up to $25,000 for a part time commitment. A two year commitment to serve at a FQHC is required. This tuition reimbursement program requires application and is not guaranteed.Benefits: You'll have options for medical, dental, life, and supplemental insurance.
