If you're passionate about outdoor equipment, enjoy working with customers, and have a strong understanding of parts and service, we want to hear from you!Job Overview: As a Parts and Service Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers by providing expert advice and efficient solutions for their service and parts needs. You will work directly with customers to identify and source the appropriate parts, schedule service appointments, and provide guidance on maintenance and repair for outdoor equipment such as lawn mowers, chainsaws, generators, and more.Key Responsibilities:Assist customers in identifying parts and service needs for a wide range of outdoor equipmentProvide expert advice and solutions for troubleshooting equipment issuesCoordinate repair services, schedule appointments, and follow up on progressSchedule Picks-up and Deliveries of units and partsCommunicate clearly with customers regarding service timelines, pricing, and recommendationsMaintain detailed service records and manage warranty informationStay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and new equipmentProvide exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phoneCollaborate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairsEnsure a clean and organized work environmentQualifications:Previous experience in parts consulting, service coordination, or a related field (preferably in outdoor equipment, power tools, or machinery)Strong knowledge of outdoor equipment, tools, and machinery (lawn mowers, chainsaws, generators, etc.)Excellent customer service and communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentProficient with computer systems and parts lookup softwareHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or training is a plusLightspeed Evo experience is a plusBenefits:401(K)Health, dental, and vision insuranceEmployee discountsOpportunities for professional growth and advancementA fun, collaborative, and supportive work environment
