• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,980 - $2,350

• Role: Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist / Physical Therapy (PT)
• Location: Outpatient clinic in Revere, MA - Revere 02151, near Boston, MA
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 8-hour days
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, no weekends required
• Flexible Schedule: Option for 5 x 8hr or 4 x 10hr shifts

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) program
• Active Physical Therapist License in Massachusetts (or eligible to obtain prior to start)
• Active CPR certification (BLS preferred)
• At least 1 year of outpatient PT or orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Excellent communication and patient education skills; ability to coordinate care with physicians and rehab teams

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, and modality interventions as appropriate
• Use independent clinical judgment to progress treatment and achieve functional outcomes
• Document patient care, progress, and discharge planning accurately in EMR
• Coordinate with referring physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies
• Assist administrative staff with billing, insurance authorization, and compliance with federal and state regulations
