Our people-first culture, flexible work environment, and commitment to professional development make MGO an exceptional place to grow your career and make a meaningful impact.Position SummaryMGO is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead and manage complex client engagements in:Financial Accounting & Reporting AdvisoryFinancial Due DiligenceForensic AccountingFraud InvestigationsLitigation SupportThis role combines technical accounting expertise, client relationship management, project leadership, and team development. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor who can deliver practical solutions to complex financial and business challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesLead accounting advisory, due diligence, forensic accounting, and litigation support engagements.Manage engagement scope, budgets, timelines, and client communications.Review analyses, workpapers, reports, and client deliverables for quality and accuracy.Advise clients on U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and complex transactions.Present findings and recommendations to executive-level stakeholders.Identify financial reporting risks and opportunities for process improvement.Coach, mentor, and develop consulting professionals.Support recruiting, training, and practice growth initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.CPA, CFE, or CRFAC required.5+ years of experience in forensic accounting, financial due diligence, litigation support, advisory services, or public accounting consulting.Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.Demonstrated experience managing client engagements and leading teams.Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Accounting or related field.Public accounting or consulting experience.Additional InformationSupervisory Responsibilities: YesTravel Requirement: 10%–30%Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $135,000 - $160,000Bonus Opportunity: Up to 10% of base salaryJoin a growing, entrepreneurial firm where you can lead high-impact engagements, develop talented teams, and help clients navigate their most complex financial and business challenges while advancing your own career.#Li-HybridJob SummaryJob Locations: US-CA-Irvine | US-CA-Los Angeles | US-San DiegoJob Category: Financial Accounting Advisory ServicesJob Type: Regular Full-Time
