Your Role & Impact

As Administrator, you will serve as the driving force behind our facility's success—leading teams, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture rooted in compassion and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Provide vision, direction, and oversight to all departments within a fast-paced skilled nursing and rehab environment
• Regulatory Excellence: Ensure full compliance with state, federal, and CMS guidelines
• Financial Stewardship: Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to support operational success
• Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing, engaged team
• Quality of Care: Champion a resident-centered culture that prioritizes dignity, safety, and outcomes
• Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license (state required)
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in long-term care or long term acute care (LTAC) facility
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and reimbursement
• Proven success in financial management and operational leadership
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality, resident-centered care
