Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) SpecialistPublicis Media Exchange (PMX) is the global media platform for Publicis Groupe. PMX created an Addressable Media practice, called PMX Lift. This practice combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Publicis-owned Epsilon and strategic media partners to offer cross-channel planning, execution, and measurement. To accommodate increased demand, the PMX Lift team is expanding its Measurement Platforms capability to support advanced data pipelines, semantic layer development, and scalable measurement infrastructure. We are seeking a highly motivated Specialist to support the design, execution, and operationalization of measurement platform initiatives across campaign analytics and product development. This role will work closely with the Measurement Platform leadership to execute against key strategic initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams across analytics, engineering, activation, and partner organizations.Responsibilities:Support development and execution of scalable data pipelines transforming raw data into normalized datasets and aggregated reportingPartner with Measurement Platform leadership to operationalize pipeline quality checks, validation frameworks, and reconciliation methodologies.Support the development and maintenance of semantic data models, including assisting with metric definitions, mappings, and governance workflows.Collaborate on the implementation of semantic layer capabilities that enable consistent metric calculation and business interpretation across platforms.Assist in building and maintaining internal tools and applications that support data exploration, metric access, and reporting workflows.Work cross-functionally with reporting, planning, engineering, and activation teams to ensure platform outputs align with campaign needs and business requirements.Contribute to documentation, standardization, and best practices for measurement platform development and deployment.Participate in ongoing product evolution efforts, identifying opportunities for optimization and supporting implementation of enhancements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.3-5 years of experience in analytics, data engineering, measurement, or related fields.Familiarity with advanced TV, digital media, or advertising measurement concepts.Experience working with structured data and performing data analysis for reporting or insights generation.Strong attention to detail with ability to validate and QA complex datasets.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.Strong organizational and communication skills.Working knowledge of SQL or Python for transforming large datasets and executing analyses.Experience with reporting tools, data workflows, or cloud-based data platforms is a plus.Publicis Groupe provides robust and inclusive benefit programs and policies to support the evolving and diverse needs of our talent. Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $93,600.00/Annually.
