Physician Laborist (OBGYN)

Overview Physician Laborist – OBGYN at Valley Medical Center (VMC) is actively recruiting a Physician Laborist to join our team in a collaborative network where you will have easy access to system-wide support while working alongside a highly motivated and skilled OBGYN/Laborist team. We provide patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse population of patients. We are proud participants in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. About the Position Includes managing labor, delivery, and ED inpatient consults. 1.0 FTE = 84 24‑hour shifts annually (~7 shifts/month). Opportunities for part‑time work also available. Options for flexible scheduling. Weekday start time 7:00 a.m.; weekend start time 7:30 a.m. Qualifications Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority. Location & Mission Valley Medical Center is located in Renton, Washington, and is affiliated with the University of Washington Medicine System. Compensation & Benefits Valley Medical Center offers compensation of $/24‑hour shift for 84 shifts annually, with the opportunity to pick up extra shifts.
