Customer Experience Advocate
Location: Remote
Open to candidates based in: Pittsburgh, PA, Durham & Charlotte, NC, Phoenix, AZ, Orlando, FL, Dallas & Fort Worth, TX.
About the role:
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Advocate to join our inbound call team. In this role, you’ll support patients and healthcare providers by answering questions, solving issues, and delivering a great customer experience.
What you’ll do:

• Answer inbound calls and aim to resolve issues on the first call
• Support patients and healthcare providers with information and requests
• Help with benefit verification, savings programs, and order/shipment setup
• Respond to questions about products and services
• Handle complaints and provide solutions
• Document all interactions accurately in the system
• Work with team members to improve the customer experience
• Meet performance goals (call time, customer satisfaction, etc.)

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using multiple systems at once
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work shifts between 8 AM – 8 PM EST

Nice to have:

• Experience following or reading from a phone script
