North Carolina or South Carolina Licensed Nurse Practitioner

To provide after-hours telephonic care, the part-time North Carolina or South Carolina Licensed Nurse Practitioner will deliver high-quality support to aging residents and facility staff, managing high call volumes and performing telehealth visits from a remote location. Key responsibilities Serve as the first line of support for residents and facility staff after-hours, providing medical care and direction over the phone Utilize Curana's telephonic platform to coordinate care between facilities, hospitals, and clinics Conduct comprehensive assessments and document encounters accurately in the EMR, ensuring compliance with CMS requirements Required qualifications Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner Current unrestricted NP license in South Carolina or North Carolina; additional licenses in Florida and Georgia preferred Nurse Practitioner national certification as ANP, FNP, or GNP 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner with a background in acute and chronic disease management Proficient computer skills for documenting medical information in written and electronic medical records
