You’ll help create a welcoming, supportive environment that encourages members to take the first step and keep coming back for more. Your Mission Support the Studio Manager in growing our member base and introducing the Eastchester community to YogaSix. Guide new prospects through their first visit, whether it’s their first-ever yoga class or a return to the mat. Follow up with leads and confidently close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Provide studio tours and communicate the life-changing value of YogaSixs inclusive, modern approach to yoga. Achieve and exceed sales goals with integrity and excitement. Engage with the community by attending local events, sharing our mission, and fostering meaningful relationships. Maintain a clean, calming studio space that reflects the clarity and balance we promote on the mat. Your Toolbox Prior experience in sales or customer service, ideally in fitness, wellness, or hospitality. A friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to make anyone feel welcome. Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport (bonus if you’re bilingual). A self-starter mindset with strong follow-through and attention to detail. Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems we use MindBody. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends; this is an active, on-your-feet role. Why Join YogaSix Eastchester?
