California Licensed Systems Engineering Manager

Owning system stability and security, the fully remote California Licensed Systems Engineering Manager will lead a team in managing a complex Oracle Database and ERP environment on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure while ensuring performance and compliance during Pacific Time business hours. Key responsibilities Manage system stability, security, performance, and compliance across the Oracle Database and ERP environment Lead a team of senior infrastructure professionals, overseeing their development and performance Implement modern infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and OCI-native tooling Required qualifications 5+ years of Oracle Database administration experience in a mission-critical enterprise environment Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including tenancy design and disaster recovery Experience with Oracle ERP infrastructure at the database or middleware tier Active Terraform experience for provisioning and maintaining OCI resources Direct people management experience with full ownership of direct reports
