Our award-winning client is seeking an Reliability Engineer to join their team in the beautiful Pennsylvania countryside! This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to make a significant impact on our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Improve equipment reliability through preventive maintenance strategies.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and eliminate equipment failures.
• Implement predictive maintenance techniques, such as vibration analysis.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance.
• Develop and implement reliability improvement plans.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of vibration analysis and CMMS systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
