ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Roanoke Chowan Hospital are seeking a BE/BC Adult Inpatient Psychiatrist to join their established Behavioral Health team located in Ahoskie, North Carolina. New graduates and Visa candidates are encouraged to apply. Eastern North Carolina offers an excellent work life balance with mild climates, affordable cost of living, family friendly communities, and close proximity to the coast. Highlights include:

• Growing 9-hospital, physician-led healthcare system
• 20-bed free standing behavioral health hospital
• Established clinical team
• 7 on 7 off schedule-7am-7pm shifts
• 10 days of offsite call via telehealth resources
• Inpatient and ED consults clinical volume: average 22 patients per day
• Outpatient support provided by nearby behavioral health clinic
• Close proximity to Greenville and Edenton, NC and the Tidewater VA area
