Credit CoordinatorWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Credit Coordinator to join our team in a fast-paced B2B environment. This role is responsible for supporting the credit functions through credit processing, collections, payment processing, customer account maintenance, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and thrives in a collaborative team setting while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.Key Responsibilities:Input and maintain accurate customer account informationPerform data entry and manage reports related to credit and accounts receivable activitiesProcess check and credit card paymentsRespond to customer and branch inquiries in a professional and timely mannerParticipate in credit team meetings, KPI reviews, and process improvement initiativesLearn and support all areas of the Credit Department as neededEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and deadlinesMinimum Qualifications:Previous experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, clerical, administrative, or office support roles preferredExperience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong communication skills, both written and verbalProven ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and multitask effectivelyStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a teamAbility to interact professionally with customers, branches, and internal departmentsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including ExcelPreferred Qualifications:Attention to detail and accuracyStrong customer service mindsetAbility to adapt to changing priorities and business needsDecisive and proactive approach to problem-solvingCompetencies:Analytical Skills: Capable of conducting detailed sales and item analysis for price and margin optimization.
