Human Resources Business Partner

The HR Business Partner provides day-to-day HR support to assigned business units within the company, with a focus on operational excellence, employee relations, and supporting inclusive recruitment and onboarding. This role partners closely with recruiters and HR leadership to ensure alignment with business and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) objectives. Responsibilities Partner with managers in warehouse, manufacturing, engineering, and support functions to understand staffing and HR needs. Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance reviews, and HR policy administration. Facilitate new hire orientation, HR compliance training, and initial learning initiatives. Track HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and employee engagement survey results. Support company Diversity & Inclusion initiatives by ensuring diverse candidate pipelines and inclusive practices. Qualifications 2 - 3 years of experience in HR or related field HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred but not required Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office suite HR Policy & Compliance Knowledge Employee Support Orientation Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Inclusivity & Cultural Awareness Proficiency in project management and ability to lead cross-functional teams Familiarity with manufacturing workforce dynamics (shift scheduling, hourly workforce relations, safety compliance) Basic knowledge of federal and state employment laws (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, OSHA, EEOC, etc.) Participation in employee engagement surveys, diversity programs, or training delivery Data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools) #J-18808-Ljbffr APA Search, Inc.
