• Perform valuation and benchmarking analyses for regulated utilities, renewable assets, pipelines, and infrastructure platforms

• Assist with M&A, project finance, capital raises, and restructuring engagements within the energy and utilities sector

• Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations

• Support due diligence , data room management, and transaction execution processes

• Collaborate with senior bankers, investors, and sector specialists on client strategy and deal workflows

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline

• Strong interest in energy, utilities, renewables, infrastructure, or sustainability-related finance

• Solid financial modeling and valuation skills; familiarity with project finance is a plus

• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Prior internship or experience in investment banking, project finance, infrastructure investing, consulting, or corporate finance is beneficial

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools
