KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and mentor the graphic design team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
• Oversee the conceptualization and execution of design projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end design process, from initial concept development to final delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to support business goals through innovative design solutions.
• Ensure all design assets maintain a high standard of quality and visual appeal across digital and print platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to keep company's visual identity competitive and fresh.
• Develop and implement processes to streamline design workflows and improve efficiency.
• Present design concepts and strategies to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Proven experience leading a team and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in the beauty or fashion industry is a plus. DHD Consulting
