Treasury Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce's client, a growing, financially strong organization, is seeking a Treasury Analyst in Kentwood, MI to join their finance team. This role offers the opportunity to gain broad exposure across cash management, forecasting, debt administration, banking operations, risk management, and process improvement initiatives within a dynamic, evolving environment.Duties:

• Treasury Analyst will manage daily cash positioning and liquidity reporting
• Maintain short- and long-term cash forecasts and analyze variances
• Support debt management activities, covenant reporting, and interest expense tracking
• Prepare executive-level reporting and business review materials
• Assist with banking administration, ACH/wire activity, and treasury operations
• As a Treasury Analyst, you will monitor foreign exchange and interest rate exposures
• Support insurance and risk management processes
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting, and automation through technology and AI tools

Skills

• 3-5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, accounting, or cash management
• Experience with cash forecasting and cash flow analysis preferred
• Strong Excel skills, including reporting, analysis, and data management
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate financial information to leadership
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
